Transport to Astana International Airport (TSE)

Located in the north of Kazakhstan, approximately 10 miles from the capital, it is easy to get to by taxi. Rental car service is common in Astana, so should you choose to rent a car during your stay, the journey to the airport will be around 25 minutes. Public transportation in the region includes bus services that run between the airport and the city centre. The main one runs at regular intervals of up to 15 minutes from 6am to 11pm and takes around 35 to 45 minutes. This is the preferred method for locals so it can be busy. However, you can also opt for the express bus, which only makes two stops.
